THE CARTELS WORLD WIDE
The first cartel federation within the Grand Theft Auto cartel community, The Cartels World Wide (TCWW), was founded on August 5, 2016.
Originally established as a structured and organized crew on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, TCWW was inspired by Mexican and Colombian cartel culture (Narcos). Under the leadership of Don Leqarto,
the Federation quickly grew into a powerful and respected force within the community.
On March 30, 2019, TCWW officially shut down as an active federation and transitioned into a broader platform that also supported other GTA cartels. This evolution was made possible through the contributions of Don Leqarto, Don Zion, Don Optic, and Don Nick.
TCWW laid the foundation for what would become a strong and organized cartel community, built on structure, respect, and loyalty.
The TCWW Federation consisted of several powerful and well-organized cartels

- The Cali Cartel (CACT) (XBOX ONE)

Each cartel had its own leader and members, but they all worked together as one unified Federation.
The community was highly diverse, with members from countries such as the UK, USA, the Netherlands, France, Russia, Mexico, Sweden, Greece, Egypt, and various regions across Africa.
For a long period, the Federation was one of the most active crews, regularly participating in CEO and MC missions, dominating free mode sessions, and competing in TDMs and other organized events.
It was more than just a crew it was a strong family, where respect and loyalty were core values within the TCWW Federation.

He is a long-time associate of Don Leqarto and Don Zion.
When Don Leqarto established the Federation, he reached out to Nick and invited
him to help build and strengthen the organization.
Nick accepted the offer immediately and joined the same day.
He played a crucial role within the Federation, primarily responsible
for supplying heavy firepower. His contributions were instrumental in
securing victory in numerous conflicts against rival groups.
Due to personal commitments, Nick retired some time ago and has since
become inactive.

History:
Don Zion is a highly respected figure within the Cartel Community. His former cartel was the oldest active cartel within the Federation.
Vinsmoke built a strong reputation by dominating numerous free mode sessions and consistently participating in TDMs to maintain peak performance. They were also known for having some of the most skilled sicarios in the Federation.
Don Zion Alvarez has always played a key role in protecting the former Federation leader, Don Leqarto. Their alliance dates back to GTA IV, making him a true veteran with extensive experience in the GTA community.
After disbanding Vinsmoke, Don Zion went on to lead Cartel Del Alvarez, continuing his legacy within the cartel scene.

History:
Don Optic was the first official member of the TCWW Federation and served as the trusted lieutenant of Don Leqarto.
With deep knowledge of the Federation, Optic was once chosen by Don Leqarto to become the future leader while he was still representing the Federation. However, due to conflicts at the time between the Duke Cartel and the Vinsmoke Cartel, this transition did not take place. These issues have since been resolved.
Today, Optic continues to lead The Duke Cartel alongside his wife, Zoey, maintaining a strong presence within the cartel community.
