The After Life for (Cartel leaders/Lieutenants)
If a CARTEL LEADER or LIEUTENANT got assassinated by rival cartel members that means
that the GTA character of the CARTEL LEADER or LIEUTENANT is dead in
the cartel community.
That also means that they MUST create a new GTA character (second character) and change their gamertag or psn to remain in the cartel community.
(This means not that you must delete youre main character you can create a second character to rejoin)
- La mesa alta (The High Table)
These are a group of individuals who represent the cartel community. they also go to meetings to introduce the cartel community to new potential members.
They also bring new ideas to the table that keep the cartel community going.
these are also the only members who are allowed and know how to carry out a cartel blessing according to the rules, you must have the CT tag at the end of your crew tag to join the high table and to represent the cartel community, the reason for a blessing for a cartel is usually because they have made contributions within the cartel community. and for correctly following the cartel rules.
It is NOT possible and permitted to perform blessings as a non-High Table member If you do this, you will be banned and followed as blacklisted in the cartel community.
- The Federation
A federation is mainly seen as an association of associations. These cartels form a large alliance and therefore work together to achieve certain goals within the cartel community. there is only one person who leads the federation but that person must always make decisions together in consultation with other federation members who have joined it. this is done via a voting system. Example: The federation leader or a member proposes to conquer certain territories, but 3 members vote in favor and 2 members vote against. this means that the most votes count. The federation leader can always refuse the proposed request. but we always recommend that as a federation leader you give a good reason why you refuse this.

TURF/TERRITORY WAR

The turf war rules are active active since 1-7-2019
HOW TO WIN/GET A TURF/TERRITORY FROM A RIVAL GTA CARTEL :
From now on, the turf wars will take place on the area itself for the full role-play experience.
We have put a lot of work into creating the turf war match maps, which now makes it very easy for you to bookmark all areas via rockstar social club. Make sure that your rockstar social club is connected to your main account that you use in GTA Online so that the turf war maps become visible in your bookmarked list in GTA Online.
- Any cartel that has been reconized by thecartelsworldwide can call out other cartels within the cartel community to start a turf war. ( only cartel leaders can call out their rivals)
(both cartels must be active on the same console)
- Each cartel can START a turf war once a month, accepting mulitply call outs to protect you're turf/territory is always allowed.
- If a cartel gets called out by a another cartel and they don't accept the turf/territory war within 1 month they will lose their turf/territory. (we also need proof of when the call out was sended after that 1 month is expired so you're cartel can claim that turf/territory.
- Crew tag must be active, cartel vs cartel ( it is not allowed to involve other cartels or other type of crews in this turf/territory war.
- 2 cartels vs 2 cartels is allowed when you're shared territory is under attack by the rival cartels.
the rival cartels can ask 1 cartel for support meanwhile the territory war.
- ARS (assault rifels only) (FREE AIM) free aim assisted & special ammo is not allowed!
(the video of the turf war/territory must be sended to our Instagram page
@thecartelsworldwide as proof that you're cartel has won the turf war and so we can see and judge that if it was a clean deathmatch.
If a cartel tried to get a turf/territory from their rivals illegally by :
- sending us false information of winning a turf war.
- fake agreement of turf trading/sharing.
they will be banned from the GTA cartel community.
- Any cartel leader can trade turfs/territory or share turfs/territory with other cartels
if they want to, for example with cartels they allied to.
but we need a clear agreement from both cartel leaders so we can registrate the turf trade
or turf share.
example : (photo of the conversation between cartel leaders that both agree with the turf trade
